grave/monument of my great grandfather (John Ferguson) and greatmother Elizabeth. My grandfather was their eldest son John Alexander Ferguson CIE OBE ICS. You list their son George Douglas as born in 1880 and died aged 37. My records show that Capt George Douglas Ferguson DSO RAMC was born on 2 April 1890 and killed in action at Vimy Ridge aged 27 on 22 April 1917.
